Rocket Seeder is proudly supported by the City of Sydney to deliver our 2025 Sydney Ideation Basecamp. 

This program focuses on turning individuals into entrepreneurs, with 6 modules delivered over 6 weeks.

What does the Basecamp involve?

Our Basecamp program is cohort-based, meaning you'll be in a group of 6-12 other early stage founders. Our 6 modules are delivered over the course of 6 workshops, with interactive exercises and case studies throughout. In addition to the workshops, you'll have the chance to meet mentors and trailblazers in the agrifood innovation space, and start to build your own network for success.

Thanks to the support of the City of Sydney, our Sydney round of the ideation Basecamp is FREE for eligible participants.

Q: When and where is it held? A: Workshops run over four weeks in Sydney, starting later in July. Exact dates and location will be shared with successful applicants.

Q: How much does the program cost? A: Thanks to the City of Sydney’s support, the program is free for eligible participants.

Q: What is the Basecamp? A: A four-week, cohort-based program designed to support early-stage founders in shaping, validating and progressing their agrifood startup ideas.

Q: Who is Basecamp for? A: Anyone based in Greater Sydney (from the Central Coast to Wollongong) who: – Has an idea for an agrifood or agtech startup, or – Intends to find and pursue one

Q: What does Basecamp include? A: – Six interactive workshops – A small cohort of 6–12 founders – Practical tools, case studies and guided exercises – Mentorship and expert input – Networking opportunities with innovators and trailblazers

What types of startups does Rocket Seeder support?

Rocket Seeder is an agrifood accelerator, created to support innovation pre- and post-farmgate, at all stages of the agricultural value chain.
