Growing up on an organic farm in the Goulburn Valley, Matthew Hardie, Founder of Manuko, found it difficult to find healthy, delicious, organic food once he moved to the city. He also wanted to find meaning in his work, and live sustainably, something Matthew wasn't getting from his corporate job.


Matthew saw an opportunity to make healthy, delicious, organic food more readily accessible, and launched Manuko in his spare bedroom. Now, working out of his dedicated factory and product development "lab" in Thornbury Matthew has developed a core range of premium organic, raw, handcrafted treats that are gluten free, dairy free, and plant based.


There are eight different raw chocolate slices and three raw chocolate truffle flavours, stocked in over 45 stores around Australia.
