After 10 years of home bread making Louise Ritchie is now sharing her bread with the local community of Beechworth and surrounding districts. A combination of traditional bread making techniques, sourdough culture and quality ingredients are used to create a nutritious and delicious staple of life.
All flours are organic Australian grown and processed. There are no additives or preservatives. There is no commercial yeast.
Simply flour, salt and water with a few added tasty extras such as herbs, fruit and honey.
