Nutritionally balanced, ready-to-eat meals for post-gym workouts
In an attempt to address her own food intolerances, Shani Timms, Founder of Keep it Simple Meals, began to create clean and healthy meals to fuel her body.
Initially, Shani was simply looking at eating healthy and preparing convenient meals to resolve her own health issues. She created a range of "super clean" meals that were gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free, no nasty oils, and made from whole foods.
Looking for ways to share her recipes and food ethos with others, Shani discovered that a lot of people who attend gyms are time poor, and don't have much time to prepare clean, healthy meals.
Realising there wasn't a healthy, ready-to-eat, meal service on the market aimed at busy people who like being active, healthy, and want to make some positive changes in their diet, Shani saw an opportunity, and Keep It Simple Meals was born.
