Sorting waste at the source–hotels, plays an important phase in waste management. This project involves educating stakeholders from the initial stages, focusing on the distinguishing between food loss and food waste. We will also explore the feasibility of processing these waste types either within the hotel or at an external facility. All these efforts lay the groundwork for developing a sustainable circular economy.
