CYSU

CYSU is an innovative project that utilizes wasted rich-starch foods as substrates for bacterial cellulose growth to be further processed into eco-friendly tissue. As rice and bread remain some of the most wasted foods in Indonesian metropolitan cities, especially Bandung, parallel to a bunch of wasted tissue happening around, we decided to take serious action through the CYSU project.
